Formerly City Yoga in the Buhl Building, BE NICE Yoga Studio is considered a "boutique" yoga studio, a trend that began as a solution to the impersonal and cookie-cutter atmosphere of emerging franchise studios. Boutique studios are independently owned and operated, and provide smaller classes with personal attention. A team of well-educated instructors offer classes rooted in a variety of styles of yoga. Our goal is to provide expert instruction in a friendly, non-competitive environment to all level of practitioner. "We want everyone to feel at home while they discover empowerment, happiness, peace, and good health."
In addition to yoga classes, BE NICE Yoga offers workshops, offsite or "corporate" yoga, private instruction, donation-based classes, community fund-raising, and teacher training.
