I'm a hard sell when it comes to leaving reviews and surveys. You either have to be really good or really bad. This place takes the former in every way! After multiple phone calls and help in the store I was able to find all of the issues with my dryer and get it fixed.

When my furnace died and I wanted to fix it myself this place was great! They had the parts I needed and friendly advice on installing them. He even told me that if I had any trouble I didn't to give them a call and he'll try to help over the phone. I'll definitely return when I need parts again.

I needed a part for an ancient microwave. Other places only could look in a book and say 'It's out of production because your microwave is....ancient" But here the nice man said I'll look in my spare part pile and there it was. Street smarts is much the better over 'book' smarts! ;-

Decided to take on a furnace project on my own. They were great with getting the parts and wonderful with their advice on how to do the job right.
