My experience here was great! The staff and front desk was so polite and diligent. Dr. Kazem is an amazing dentist. He always explains everything in detail and makes sure your comfort is his priority. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work.

Today was my first visit at Beautiful Smiles. I was greated by two very polite ladies at the front desk, Daisy and Desiree. I was brought to the back where they talked about my concerns and now are helping me get my mouth back to health. Dr. Hosny explained to me what needed to be done very patient and kind to me. He proposed a treatment plan to me and explained everything thorough and showed me in the x-rays where I had the cavity. He had the time to do the filling which was done quick and he made sure I was comfortable. The assistant Nora was also nice and talked me through the visit. Great Office!

***I experienced malpractice, negligence and racism at this establishment. Beautiful Smiles Ontario has treated me poorly for months. The staff has talked down to me and the doctor has not done anything positive for my teeth. The last straw: I went into the office for an emergency tooth extraction. The dentist said that my tooth was infected false, and he could not pull the tooth. While I was waiting for paperwork, the front desk called the police on me because I was crying about my pain. I am a well-educated and spoken individual; how cruel to be treated inhumanely. **My tooth was not infected, and I was able to get it pulled the same day by a better dentist.

Beautiful Smiles and Beautiful place to be. Front Office Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Dr. Is very professional, cares alot about his patients and detailed oriented. Highly recommended

After years of looking for my go to dentist, I have finally found it. I want to say I started coming here about 2 years ago, and the staff have been amazing. The dentist himself does an amazing job, and I love the fact that he explains everything to you and shows you your x-rays and goes into detail.

I am excited to say that I found my go to dentist now. The staff was very very welcoming & the dentist him self is very very honest. I highly recommend them for all your work that needs to be done on ur teeth. Trust me I been to other dentist places & they weren't as good as this one. To anyone who has ever been scared of the dentist.. DON'T. Come here. The staff are wonderful. They make you feel at home and believe it or not, I fell asleep NO LIE. I love it here. They are fast, professional and just amazing. I got all my denial done in less than a month and I love smiling again. Thank you Beautiful Smile Ontario

He makes it a point to always greet his patient and pin points thee main concerns regarding our dental treatments or visits .. he’s whole office has all thee updated equipment which I feel delivers the most upmost care of all. He is very Knowledgeable, has a high tolerance of patience, the most gentlest dentist I’ve came across .. plays the most amazing relaxing music “I can fall asleep “Thank you Dr Hosny!!! Staff is amazing , they are always striving to make the best of every visit , very professional and hard working staff let’s talk about Dr Nivin , all I can say is WOW! She specializes in treating children I can’t express how amazing she is!! -as a mother you are always fearful for a visit at the dentist . But with Dr Nivin she some how has a gift with working with children , her generous and uplifting spirit is so amazing .. her patience is very appreciative and my child just loves her!!
