I used to go there all the time. It was pretty good. Unfortunately the last time I used their service, the lady drilled only use shellac so should be soaked off really my nails so much that the gel she put on them afterwards lasted only a few hours. The nails broke straight away i usually have very strong nails. Now my nails are trying to grow back but are breaking even before growing. It's very painful and affects my work. I have been here quite a few times as it is almost opposite where I work. I went on to get a pedicure and my toe nails painted. I always feel a bit uncomfortable in these places as the people who work there just talk away in their own language and you just never know what they are saying! I was told that my nails would take 30 mins to dry. At just about 30 mins I was told they needed another 10 mins by one lady and then 5 mins later another lady checked them and said they were done. When I got back to work to show a colleague the mail barn in was all over the inside of my shoes and had smudged really badly! I went back in and was very careful not to make a big point as there were other customers in there; I just quietly showed a lady my toes. I arranged ti go back the next day and agreed to bring my own flip flops with me. When I went back they re applied the varnish quite quickly but left me sitting there for well over an hour!!!!! No one was ever looking in my direction when I tried to get their attention and I was getting more and more annoyed that no one at all was coming over to check my toes. Eventually I interrupted a man hoovering and he laughed when I told him how long I had been sitting there !! Disgusting service!! I have done absolutely nothing wrong and feel like I have been treated badly. On principal I will never ever go back there again !!

Visited the store at 8:50am, I was assisted immediately. Very happy with my manicure and pedicure. Lovely staff.

I've been coming to cutie nails for two years now, and would most definitely recommend them as the best nail bar in town. They regularly do a fantastic job, are really friendly, don't cut corners like others do, honour appointments like others don't, go out of their way to make sure you're happy with drinks from their fancy machines, use state of the art equipment and have the cleanest, prettiest store hands down. If you're not using Cutie Nails already, you don't have your nails done, or you haven't given them a try yet.

My first experience here was lovely, I was offered a drink, I was seen to quickly and the lady technician did a lovely job. I already had my SNS taken off elsewhere and it cost £25. My second experience here, it was very busy, I was advised the wait would be 20-30 minutes but I think I waited for an hour. The lady technician I had still did a very good job and I am really pleased with the results but herself and another technician were getting annoyed at me for: Wanting a new set, not 'in-fills', which I've never been offered for SNS, it's always been a new set. For wanting to double check the colour was correct and not glittery I could see glittery bits in it and just wanted to make sure it wasn't glittery when finished because I used to go to Shiny Nails and 9/10 the colour was never the same as on the swatch It was busy so I feel there was more attention on seeing everyone quickly rather than making sure I was comfortable so I ended up getting annoyed too. It cost £28 because I wanted a new set though I don't see why it should cost more as no solvents were used to remove the SNS. Over-all I'm happy with the end results but I'm disappointed they cost an extra £3 unlike other nail shops and it's unfortunate I had a disagreement with the lady seeing me. I can only afford to get my nails done once a month and I don't want to spend 4 weeks hating the colour, understandably I wanted to make sure the colour was going to turn out how I expected, it was none of my concern that other people were waiting. So I still give 5 stars because they do a great job but I would advise to go when it's quiet.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Very popular so clearly they are doing something right. I had a pedicure and staff offered if I wanted anything to drink. I am very pleased with the service.
