I cannot say enough good things about Beauty. I called in a panic after an experience at a different salon, and Beauty was able to fit me in and not only fix my hair, but actually give me the hair I was hoping for from the start. I LOVE my hair now, and have gotten multiple compliments since going to Beauty. Greg's work is exceptional, and everyone at the salon is incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. The salon is clean and bright, and the products they use smell wonderful. My experience at Beauty was exceptional, and although I intended for this hair-coloring to be a one-time-thing, I am now planning to have my hair cut and colored regularly going forward at Beauty. A lot of crazy and mishaps happened on my wedding day but my hair and makeup and that of my bridal party and mother was absolutely perfect!!! Everyone's look was beautiful, matching their taste, style, dress, and complexion. This was all thanks to the wonderful skill and hard work of our hair stylist Shannon and our makeup artist Daisy! I went in for a haircut and full highlight. My stylist was nice and I explained to her that I like my hair ashy toned and more pearl and grey colors than blondes and golds. I showed her my hair color I previously have had and my goals. I know the color I wanted was achievable since I had gotten it done many times before. Unfortunately, the end result was gold tones, yellows and some reds and orange. Along with my color being wrong my hair was splotchy, not blended and I was left with big dark chunks esp towards the front. When I got home and restyled it and wore it for the weekend I realized how unhappy I was and how splotchy the color was. I called and politely explained what had happened and how I would just like a refund so I can go somewhere and get it fixed. I was told I would get a refund and they could get me in to color correct. I agreed. I had to wait over a week with the bad color to get in. The scheduling was hard due to work schedules and I ended up having to take a half day at work to sit another 4 hrs to get my hair fixed. It was corrected but awkward bc the stylist was there. I was told when I was leaving they would call me with an update on my refund. It's been over a month and I never received money back. I spent 9 hours to have OK hair, had to leave work, and still never for a buck back. I would not recommend<b class="YQwAz">Services:</b>&nbsp;Hair coloring

Beauty is a tidy, charming location with friendly, helpful reception staff. Parking sucks, but park at the pharmacy across the street and walk and you'll be fine. This review is actually about Kalie, who is the bee's knees. No one else can cut my hair correctly. I have a very boring haircut, but no one else can cut it so that it falls correctly, except Kalie. She doesn't yell at me when I get bored and box color or manic panic my hair. She just tells me how to take care of it. I always have to come after work when I'm exhausted and probably exhausting to be around, but Kalie is always ready to meet me exactly where I am, and is unfailingly kind.<b class="YQwAz">Services:</b>&nbsp;Hairstyling

I moved here from NYC so thats my standard. I got my haircut here and roots touched up blonde. I am a natural brunette. It took 6+ hours to cut, bleach and tone 2x, color 3x. My professionally done hair was ruined by the team here which is full of young non professionals. When I asked to have it corrected they gave me to an even less experienced stylist. It is over a month out and the products they concocted in the back has faded to a bronze-orange next to my blonde previously bleached hair. Don't get your hair dyed here they are not colorist specialists. Hair cut was fine.

Cute east side salon. Very clean and organized on the inside with friendly staff. Got my hair done by stephanie, and she was the first person to do my hair other then my hair dresser mother, so i had some pretty high expectations. Not only did she do an awesome job with the color but i loved the cut too and her personality. Very fun and friendly and talkative. Will definitely be going back. FYI, pictures do not do my hair justice for how that color shines in the light!
