I went in on a whim and have been going back to the salon ever since. Gabby is brilliant. She's got magic hands that transformed my boring hair. I have never, ever been loyal to a hairstylist until I met Gabby. My hair went from long, very curly, damaged and split to short, sexy waves. Thank you so much Gabby! You're a hair angel.

This is a really great store. I can't remember her name, unfortunately, but one of the hair stylists really helped me out by giving me the break down of which shampoos and conditioners are best for my hair. And, the prices are unbeatable - I definitely would have paid more just for the help I received. I'm hooked!

Kory was wonderful ! She is a color expert and completely repaired my botched hair color. She did a great balayage which looked subtle and natural. I will definitely be back to see her again

worst customer service experience, rip off, i recommend everyone don't go there, me and my wife went there last week wednesday, just before closing, and my wife bought a few of the nail polishes, which the sign says $ 4.99, and when we walked out of the store, we realized that 1 of the nail polish is at 11.99 billed, same brand and same spot where a sign says 4.99, well we turned right back and realized store just closed as they close at 9pm, we went back today to ask to return them and a young lady sales person said that she will return them today, as they are never opened and started to ring the credit, only then she realized that she is out of credit slips and asked her manager to bring some, who came at the register and told us that we cannot return the item, we said ok, but this young lady said that she will, and she refused to do so, word "prejudice" was written all over her face, we are from an asian country and felt that we have been treated unfair and prejudice, she didn't even have a courtesy of explain why, and when we told her that this young lady took it back almost, she have nothing to say and simply refused to return, as she said that black top bottles are $ 4.99 only, and the sign is mis-leading as many people are mistaken, then we told her that all we wanted to do is for you to make it right by giving us credit for the difference, which is very fair thing to ask, as its false advertisement if you put a sign up $ 4.99, she said she agree 100 % that the sign is mis-leading, but she will loose here job if she give us credit for $ 6.00, at the end of day, its not the money, rather its how you are treated and how you are going to make it right for your customer. This manager says her name is Monica, she even refused to give us the name of the young nice lady who agreed to return it, and we told her, well you know who she is and we are going to address it with corporate office. we recommend everyone, the store is a ripoff and mis-leading, they take your money and run with it, do not go there.
