Beaver Brook Golf & Country Club

We had a good lunch after playing golf with friends. The course is in great condition and the greens are rolling very consistent with a medium speed. It is one of the most picturesque places in Knox County. We love to sit outside and eat while looking out over the golf course. Come out and visit. The beer is cold and the food is good.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The members are very friendly also. A great place for families to enjoy Golf, pool, tennis , good food, and A chance to meet some really good People.

I really wanted to like this course as I've driven by it many times. Unfortunately, I didn't care for it. I have never played a course with as many blind shots as this one. A few per round is fine, but several holes had multiple blind shots. On one par five, I was 100 yards from the pin after 2 blind shots and STILL couldn't see the green or the pin. In addition, almost all the greens are elevated - if your approach/chip doesn't stay on the green, it will roll 10 yards or more away from the green. The 18th hole is ridiculous. The approach is so steep that if you don't make the green on the approach, the ball will likely roll back down the hill, to where you hit it or even well past where you hit it. The challenge is what makes this a great game, but the punishment for less than perfect shots is too severe on this course. I won't play it again.
