We are so happy with Bedco Mobility for my father's Stannah stairlift installed in late September 2022. The company is very responsive and nice and easy to deal with. The sales person was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the products and options. The installer was polite, knowledgeable and very patient with my elderly father. He did an excellent job on the installation. The Stannah stairlift is wonderful. We had a great customer experience with Bedco Mobility!

The installer didn't arrive at the time, designated, but after arriving he explained the reason. He was polite and, quite, efficient. He would take time to explain each step as he installed our new unit. He explained, in thorough detail, the steps for operation. He completed the installation, almost, right on the exact time he estimated. Four hours His installation was so precise it seemed like the house was built around the unit. Needless to say, "We are, immensely, delighted and please with our purchase. "And the price was right!!!" NO COMPLAINTS!

Prior to installation the people at Bedco were informative and courteous, following up when they said they would. The installers were courteous and on time, in addition to being efficient and considerate of our property. Their onsite tutorial was exactly what we needed. Both the company and the product have exceeded our expectations.

My husband had a stroke 9 months ago and needs a wheelchair van to get around. We were using a van service, but found them unreliable and expensive. I purchased a van from Bedco Mobility. They were wonderful to work with. They spent as much time as I needed teaching me how to access and work the lift for the wheelchair. They have my highest recommendation.

We ordered a Stannah stairlift through Bedco. From the initial visit/estimate to the final installation, we have been impressed by the company's excellent representation and the quality of its workforce. The installation went without a hitch, and we are very pleased with the results. We recommend Bedco Mobility very highly!

The guys showed up on time. They explained everything they were doing and made sure we approved before doing any drilling. Curtis stayed long enough to make sure we knew how to operate the stair glide safely. I would definitely recommend Bedco. Thanks for the great service.

We needed a chair lift installed quickly so that we could get my mother in law to her Dr appointments. The main reason we chose Bedco was the lifetime warranty on the motor. If anything is going to give out on these things in a few years it's going to be the motor. I also like that they're local and don't sub out their installation and service. They got us on the schedule quickly and the installers were polite and efficient. He told us how long he expected it to take and he was spot on. They thoroughly demonstrated the product and even told us some things to watch out for that wouldn't necessarily be in the manual. This is a long review but I felt I needed to explain why they deserved a 5 star rating. The only negative about the experience was the intial sales rep visit but that's only because I don't really care for "salesman" interactions. He didn't do anything wrong per se, but there were times during the experience where I didn't feel heard. It just seemed like he was trying to get through his spiel. Overall the complete experience was top notch.

Everyone was very helpful, cooperative and friendly on the phone. I was able to take and pick up my car after hours and it was done ahead of schedule. Couldn’t have been any easier!
