My father was a repeat customer. Nothing but nice things to say. Waited on hand and foot. My interactions with pickup were also more than kind and seamless. Hoping I won't need to visit them myself anytime soon, but I know they'd take great care.

Great Surgeon, Nurses, Coordinators! Excellent Results!!! However, caution on the payment/billing procedures between BASC and NH Ortho. It is not well communicated upfront. I suggest reviewing very closely and cautiously before booking any procedure. I was told that I should have read the "fine print" more closely by the BASC finance supervisor. Not exactly the same experience as I reported above. Very disappointing customer/client service and support.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Unfortunately, due to the fear I was feeling, i forgot almost every name except Mary. She, and everyone else I come in contact with, went above and beyond with their professionalism and compassion. If I ever need another procedure there I will have no fear

The staff is very professional as well as extremely kind. They went out of their way to make me comfortable thorough my MRI. Thank you.

I would recommend BASC to anyone looking for excellent care before, during and after surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable from the time I went in for surgery until it was time to go. I even got a call from the center the next day to check up on how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns. They definitely deserve a five star review from me!

I had a knee scope,I was awake two thirds of operation upon them thinking I was under,they flopped my body around like I was deceased, my advice to anyone hurting DONT GO THERE YOU MAY NOT MAKE IT HOME! AND DEBORAH CURTIN SHE SHOULD SELL PIZZA.

This place is a absolute joke, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The receptionist should find a new career path as she’s extremely rude an the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. As for the facility they do not have their act together. For a surgical facility it’s a joke… They had me marked down as a female when I’m a male. They had me marked down as getting general anesthesia when I was there for local anesthesia for a small procedure. They had me marked down for the wrong operating room an I had to wait for close to 2 hours past my appointment. I would recommend taking your business/personal needs elsewhere.

I have had great experiences with BASC. Both of my rotator cuff surgeries were done here. The nursing staff was great and so were the technicians. I would definitely recommend any outpatient surgery to be done here.

I recently had a surgery here early July. My pre-op nurse was Cheryl. She was absolutely amazing. She was kind, compassionate, and professional. She did a great job educating me and walking me through the pre-op process. My post op nurse was Luke, and he was just as amazing. I was extremely nervous going into the surgery. Both of them did everything they could to comfort me and made sure I understood everything. Being a nurse myself, I am usually not the on receiving end of care so this was a different experience for me. I am so glad I had my surgery here. I continue to rave about the care that I received. Luke called my family after surgery to give instructions and was very thorough and detailed. I can’t thank BASC and my nurses enough for everything. I know as a nurse how difficult it can be with the pandemic going on to come to work and be cheerful when you’re wearing a mask all day for 10+ hours. These nurses are just amazing and deserve so much more than a great review. Thank you BASC.

Please tell clients you're located under the RED awning, not blue. Per the attached photo it's clearly red on the front and sides. We drove around and around. Service was prompt, professional and friendly!
