amazing, amazing service here and selections. would love this black owned wine stir to have some black wine clerks. That’s would’ve made the selection just that much more sweet!

I love this shop - really diverse selections at accessible prices. The customer service has always been a standout to me as well, and I regularly rely on the staff recommendations. They've never steered me wrong, so I now only shop here for all my wine needs! A++

Let me return to my wine store where I can dispense insulting service rather than absorb it. Cannot tell whether these people are just pretentious or just dont care about customer service. Either way would not recommend

Poor customer service. Unfortunate that this place is so close by but I’d rather go the distance to somewhere that appreciates my business

The wine here is really really good but the people that work here really need to learn some customer service skills because they always act so annoyed at me for walking into the store
