Excellent services. This was my first visit with Emily. She took the time to evaluate my hair and listen to my concerns. After a shampoo, she cut and styled my hair so that I felt pretty. Highly recommend. I needed some product, and Emily did recommend some things. I am confident that I will maintain my new haircut. I made my next appointment before I left. Hair type: Silver with a little dryness.

Karsyn was amazing! She’s clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. She was so attentive and listened to all my hair concerns, and the end result was exactly what I’d envisioned. By far the best hair cut I’ve ever had- and I’ve been to quite a few different places! Not to mention the salon is absolutely stunning, such a bright and stylish place. This was my first time at Bei Capelli and I’ll definitely be returning! Requested style: I requested a trim with face framing, cascading layers and reduced density/heaviness. Hair type: Thick/dense/wavy untreated hair.

The team that worked on my daughter’s hair was excellent. They were so kind, made sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. They had a big job to take the knots out of her very curly hair and it seems hopeless at first. Close to having to cut it all off. But they did it! 2-3 people at a time working for hours and did it! Her confidence came out bit by bit as the knots came out and her hair started to straighten. She was twirling and her happiest I have ever seen her. Not only that, but they were “her besties” by the end of the evening. She called them her “Hairapists” because they were literally giving her great sisterly advice about kindness, bulling and things she is dealing with at school. It was a such a nice thing to witness and so am so grateful to them for their kindness. For many years we have tried to fix her hair, get it braided, unknotted, and she cries every time because it hurts so much and we end up quitting. She didn’t shed a single tear at Bei Capelli.

I had a fantastic experience with Mackenzie. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Her professionalism was evident from start to finish—she really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I was especially impressed by how quick yet thorough she was, achieving exactly the look I was going for without wasting any time. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit. I recently moved and it’s always scary to try a new hair salon! This was the most beautiful hair salon I have ever been into. Kaley did a great job! My hair looks and feels great. The rest of the staff was super friendly. My overall experience is 10++ I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Salon Experience!! Lela was fabulous and she did a beautiful job on my color touch up and blow out: Lela also provided a complimentary scalp massage & neck massage it was fantastic! This salon is very special every one was professional & courteous. I absolutely loved the elegant style and decor & coffee & teas: I will most certainly be returning.

Danielle was very professional and did an excellent job! She is so nice and made my appointment amazing! Bei Capelli is GREAT! When they wash your hair they massage your head and it’s so relaxing!! Ana is the best stylist I’ve ever had. I’m kind of dumb when it comes to what color and cut is right for my complexion and face shape so sometimes I come in thinking this will be great and Ana confidently brings me back to earth and finds the best solution for something manageable for my laziness and something that will have longevity. She is meticulous in the best way and will not let you leave until she is proud of her work. Her team is AMAZING and always know I’m going to walk out feeling great. <3

Lela is absolutely amazing in every way. She makes you feel cared for and listens and does an outstanding job on my hair. I would give 10 stars if I could! The salon is super nice. I wish there was still an option for having a quick facial wax add on like the old days versus needing a separate appointment. Due to that, I just get it done elsewhere where I can just walk in. Otherwise , love the products, ambiance especially the hair wash room with soft music, head massages number one reason I come there and incredible service!! Hair type: Wavy, dark, dry hair
