I ordered flower delivery online from Belmar Flower shop because I wanted to support local business. It was very expensive for me I am a college student and I really wanted it to be special for my parents anniversary. The flowers came and my mom sent me a picture. The bouquet was all wrong! Attached is what we ordered vs what came. Not even similar!! I usually wouldn't be this upset, but I even chose the more expensive bouquet version Deluxe to ensure that I would get some quality but alas. It is also frustrating because my parents do not like lilies and I spent the time picking out a bouquet without them but the one that arrived had lilies. : I emailed the support team for resolution and they did not respond. Do not waste your money here.

I ordered a specifically patriotic listed under that category! red, white & blue bouquet, third tier, with a mylar balloon. No balloon and the flowers were red, white, and pink and definitely NOT third tier! Very disappointed. Sub par arrangement. From You Flowers gave me a partial refund but that still doesn’t compensate for once in a lifetime event flowers.

I ordered flowers for a friend whose husband had recently died. Belmar stated they would send an email confirmation once the flowers had been delivered. I didn't get an email and they have been completely non-responsive to repeated phone messages and emails. I am unable to comment on the quality of their product but can attest that their customer service is horrible.

I paid extra for the premium 3rd tier version of these flowers but what I got barely qualifies for the 2nd tier.  The product image clearly shows a dozen roses plus over a dozen other flowers as well, creating a full arrangement.  What I received was just 9 roses and much less of the others than the premium image.  I specifically paid extra so that I could give my wife a dozen roses and you came way short with a very unimpressive and overpriced arrangement. EDIT: Their reply: "Pictures on the internet do not always match descriptions or pricing for Holidays"... So now the shop is basically saying that they can take our money, send us HALF the flowers in the product image that we base our decision to purchase on, and that's ok. I mean, look at the pictures I attached...

I ordered from Belmar Flower Shop on Thursday to be delivered April 9th for a surprise engagement, sadly the flowers were never delivered. I called the Monday to ask about the situation. I spoke with Robbie who was sincerely apologetic and tried to find insight on what could have happened with delivery- unfortunately that was practically a dead end. I still gave Belmar Flower Shop a high review because Robbie did everything to rectify the situation and offered to resend to order or fully refund. This morning, Tuesday, I saw the processing email documenting the full refund I asked for. I appreciated all Robbie's help and wanted to give Belmar Flower Shop the benefit of the doubt that they can/will do better in the future for others and possibly myself.

Wow! What a great experience buying roses for Valentines Day. I was in Louisville for business and needed a dozen in a pinch. The roses were fine but the customer service was simply outstanding. The designer Amy Hardesty is a true professional. She has the most sincere, cheerful personality. The truth is I was seriously thinking about making her an offer to double her salary and employ her at my St.Louis office. Unfortunately, for me, she was doting on her two school age children and I wouldn't want to uproot her family. Amy if you ever read this review, I hope you understand what a tremendous impression you made upon myself. I urge everyone in the Louisville area to take their floral business to Belmar. If for only the chance to meet this wonderful designer. Thanks Amy.

Love this place! I’m from Louisville but now live out of state. I’ve placed two orders online to be delivered to family and have had great experiences with Belmar. Each time the bouquets have been colorful florist’s choice with big blooms and with buds so they last for days! The orders were delivered on time, even on Mother’s Day and next day delivery. Prices are fair and on par with online wholesale companies, so it’s completely worth it to shop here and stay local. Highly recommend this place!

I chose to have the floral arrangement I ordered created by the floral designer. I couldn't make a decision. All the floral arrangements were so stunning. That's why I chose the floral designer to create my floral arrangement for someone very special to us that is in the hospital. We are so pleased with our floral arrangement. It is beautiful! I know our someone special will feel better just by having such beautiful flowers in her room. We are so pleased with our floral arrangement. I am also so impressed that Belmar Flower Shop was able to create the floral design and deliver it to our someone very special in the hospital the same day! They didn't even charge a delivery fee like most florist! Thank you Belmar Flower Shop for the beautiful flowers and excellent customer service. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. I chose for Belmar Flower Shop to design the floral arrangement for my son's girlfriend in the hospital. I couldn't make up my mind on an arrangement, so I decided to have the designer create the arrangement for me. The floral arrangement is beautiful! Belmar Flower Shop did an outstanding job! They also delivered the arrangement to the hospital the same day I ordered the arrangement free of charge!!! Thank you Belmar Flower Shop! I will definitely be a return customer! From choosing the flowers to having them delivered, the service was efficient and professional with an user friendly website. Belmar kept me up-to-date with the delivery status up until they were delivered. The flowers went down a treat, floral arrangement was on point and the chocolates seemed to be quite good as well. I was thankfully able to make someone special to me smile and feel appreciated with Belmar's flowers. Would highly recommend and you've earned a new customer!
