I wish I had taken photos. Where to begin? The food was incredible. We ordered off-menu, and the staff were 130% accommodating and great. Best bacon my husband and I have ever gotten from a restaurant. Whatever you are doing with that, keep up the great work! 😋😋😋 There was a small wait when we arrived, nothing serious. The coffee was fantastic, and plentiful. My only complaint is that this restaurant is in Missouri and not Michigan, so we cant eat here all year. Top notch breakfast.

I have been coming to Branson for 40 years. This place has been here all that time. Today was the first time I stopped here for breakfast. It beats all other breakfast options. The downtown places are good but this place is unique and the breakfast has reached a level of excellence. Saying a place is family run is fine, but not if the family is no good at their craft. Thankfully this family excels at their craft. Our server was sharp and fantastic. Service was quick. Kitchen staff is top notch. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The waffle was perfect. Coffee is great. Get the lumberjack. The country ham is worth it. Don’t end up like me regretting that you’ve never tried this place before. It will be a regular stop for me from now on.

First the good, the young man who greeted and seated us was polite (I recall him saying hello upon entering). The coffee was hot and flavorful, and the mug was kept full. This is where things start to go down hill...when our food arrived I could not help but notice how shiny everything was on the plate. They have margarine and they are not afraid to use it in abundance. The waffle even came with a micro vial of vile margarine liquid substance that smelled like paint; a sure sign that it had spoiled (and do you know how long it takes margarine to spoil). The margarine was in or on everything we ordered less the coffee (I hope anyway). Another concern that I feel it prudent to mention; if you pay by credit card, be warned that they use a wireless credit card machine that uses their OPEN and unsecured wireless connection...not a good idea! The food flavors were covered by the flavor of margarine and canned blueberries, the retro 70’s orange slice and parsley garnish was cute, the best however was the walking cashier with the coin belt with the little slots and tubes for storing and dispensing change was just classic. If they could limit the level of margarine or use butter that would help, also, have the young man who greets and seats train the wait staff as to bring about that warm feeling when entering while dining as well.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. My friend and I came here for a Mother’s Day brunch and of course it was a little busy. We waited for 5 minutes to be seated which was okay. We sat down and could feel the springs in the booth seats. The busboy walked by and wished us a Happy Mother’s Day.. and that was it. Waitresses passed by our table at least five times without acknowledging us whatsoever. No one asked if we wanted drinks first while we waited. Not a word was said. After sitting around being ignored for 15 minutes, we got up and left to go to ihop. Don’t waste your time with this place.
