She was so helpful in guiding us as flower novices through picking a beautiful color scheme and affordable selection. They also created specialty pieces like an archway and flower garlands. Bell Flowers did an amazing job with my wedding flowers! It was a pleasure working with Cathy. The staff are very responsive and helpful. The flowers arrived fresh and on schedule, and were absolutely beautiful!! The colors and floral arrangements for my bridal bouquet and the smaller bouquets for my bridesmaids, turned out perfectly. As did the boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen, & the corsages for the Mothers of the Bride and Groom. Lastly they did a beautiful job with helping me decide on a memorial flower for my Father, and the simplicity of the single white rose was classic, and beautiful. They exceeded my expectations and really paid attention to details and delivered exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Bell Flowers for all of your florist needs!!

Bell Flowers never disappoints! I've had my share of disastrous, if not comically disastrous, experiences with the online "mass" florists over the years. What a great experience, what good costumer service and what beautiful flowers! I have used 1800 flowers in the past and had such a bad experience I stopped sending anyone flowers. This year I decided to give it a try but look for a local shop. I found Bell Flowers on google and put in a couple of orders while I was distracted at work and so made a couple of errors. I got a call from the shop clarifying my order which I very much appreciate !! They delivered the flowers and sent me a receipt confirming delivery. My mom, excited like a kid with her flowers went on and on about how beautiful they are. Thank you so much for making her day and for being amazing at what you do!!

Chad and Rosemary are always so cordiall and helpful. Sent an arrangement to a friend who has been very ill for five months and she called and said that the flowers made her day, they are beautiful and she feels better already. The owner of this place is a bad person. I informed him in the interview process that I was a mom and my son was my first priority and he still hired me, well I lost child care and he fired me and didn't even give me a chance to find a new one, and a whole 4 days after I informed him that my cousin who was my best friend committed suicide. The worst part is he is trying to say I abandoned my position so I can't get unemployment. Don't shop here go to Bethesda florist the owner there is an amazing human and would never treat a employee or a customer they way Chad at Bell flowers has treated me.
