I went to the mall for shoes. But I decided to pamper myself. Do some self care. Because I never do things for myself. I had a wonderful experience. I don't remember the woman's name. But she was so sweet and kind to me and my family. She took the time to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I received a facial and threading. My face felt absolutely amazing. And my eyebrows were just how I wanted them. Thank you again for being so kind. Sometimes that is all a person needs is for someone to be kind

First time I went the manager did my facial which I liked. The second time it was HORRIBLE! I'm not trying to be mean, but it should be aware of my experience. The girl I got seemed new. I was patient since I understand! When she took the mask off it went everywhere. That was not the horrible part. THE HORRIBLE PART was the girls hands had a very bad odor. Bad hygiene whenever she would touch my face I wanted to throw up. Please tell your staff to WASH THEIR HANDS!! I was about to stop her the moment she started, but I felt bad. Just went through it, and won't be returning.

UPDATE: After leaning my review the company text me threatening me because I left a negative review. They said that people like me are the reason people quit. WHAT A JOKE. I’ll be making a harassment complaint Went to my appointment at 1 pm. The girl had no idea I was coming and did not seem to understand my needs. They switched my location without telling me. Also had to call them 20 times to get someone to answer. Canceled my appointment & got a refund. Thanks for wasting my time. Will never book here again

Nikita does an amazing job on lashes, threading, waxing and nanoblading. Not only is she talented but also provides great customer service. I highly recommend her!

Yesterday, I walked in to check prices randomly and this woman was laying on the bed in the middle of getting lashes done. Nobody was in the store but her. She asked if I worked there and I said no I just walked in. She asked for help because the lady doing her lashes left and nobody was there and her eye was burning. I waved around the store looking for someone but nobody was there. She was crying saying her eye burned and I was about to call EMS and mall security when a man walked in. He didn’t identify himself. He just told the woman that the lady doing her lashes had a son in the hospital me had to leave but would be back. She was asking him to help her because her eye was burning and all he would say was she’s coming back she had an emergency. I said she’s going to be in the hospital if someone does not help her. He shushed me and told me it was handled and the lady did come back one minute later. Unbelievable and scary encounter. I’m so glad it was taken care of eventually. I’m so glad I never got mine done there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you don’t have enough staff to take over in an emergency and someone could get hurt from chemicals you should not run a business.

I was a walk in, I had bad experiences with eye lashes installed at a couple other places. Puspa was my tech, she explained the process and made me feel comfortable with the decision to try again. My eyes did not burn, the length and thickness was perfect for me. I would highly recommend Puspa to have your lashes done. I love my tinted eyebrows she did too!!!! Go to the Westroads lower level…

I simply love Farah and her work ethic. She strives to make sure that her business pushes out quality customer service and care. And if it isn't up to par she quickly fixes the issue. Farah really cares about her clients and business. I would recommend any of her establishments based off of her work ethic and personality alone. My mother Christi and I have known her for a very long time. My mother will not go anywhere else besides Bella Spa to get her eyebrows threaded. Keep up the fantastic work Farah! We appreciate you!

Zara is by far one of the best lash techs!! Not only is she fairly quick the quality is absolutely amazing!! Shes never let me down, they've always looked beyond amazing! If I could give her 100 stars I would! If you are looking I highly recommend her, you will never be disappointed!

I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed she finishes my eyebrows tells me I look beautiful and this is the best she did I’ve never felt so low my confidence shattered my eyebrows were awful never again will I come back
