The selection was amazing, but not overwhelming at all because my sales consultant sat down with me to discuss my likes and dislikes, budget, and timing. 4-5 dresses were pulled for me, all of them fitting in my budget and style choices. I showed up with my "wedding notebook" with all of the details of my wedding, and the designer at Bella Vista, pulled the PERFECT dress! The details complimented some of my ideas and made my wedding dress look truly custom! Not only did they help me find my dream dress, but also my veil that will be an heirloom piece for my daughter one day! From picking out my dress to delivery it was the easiest and most enjoyable part of planning my wedding...Thank you to the designer and your Bella Vista ladies for making my day truly special!

I have purchased two dresses from Bella Vista--a wedding dress and a bridesmaid dress. The dresses are beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful. They offer you water when you come in, and when you buy a dress, you get a champagne toast. The owner was very helpful in helping me make the decision about the color of my bridesmaid dress we were able to choose our own colors. Plus, the new building is absolutely GORGEOUS. There really is no other place in Columbia you should look--Bella Vista is the ONLY way to go if you want a really great experience.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Bella Vista Bridal. It was so much fun, I want to get married all over again! I found the absolute dress of my dreams, thanks to the help of the knowledgeable people that work for Bella Vista. Not only that, but I also found many other things that I needed for my wedding: such as invitations, shoes, jewelry, veil, flower girl basket, guest book, mother-of-the-bride dress, the list goes on. Bella Vista truly is a one-stop shop, which is very conveient for busy brides! The dress selection is diverse and beautiful, and the gowns are in all price ranges to accomodate brides with varying budgets. My dress came in around the time that was quoted to me, and everything was perfect! I asked for a recommendation for an alterations store, and was very happy with where they suggested. My neighbor is getting married next summer. We live in Charlotte, NC. I have to say, we are going to bypass the Charlotte stores altogether...I told her I'm taking her to Bella Vista! : She looked at the website and has heard what I have told her...and is really excited!

I just bought my wedding dress from Bella Vista on Friday and LOVED the entire experience from beginning to end. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment on Saturday to try on dresses. Due to the rack sale that was scheduled for the weekend, I was told that appointments were not being taken. The lady I spoke to who was extremely pleasant suggested I come in on Friday. When I told her that I worked 8-5, she said that it wouldn't be a problem to schedule a 5:15 appointment. When I showed up on Friday with my mother, we were immediately met by Chloe who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me pull out several dresses. I tried on about 7 dresses but had fallen in love with the very first one. I was also able to meet one of the buyers/designers who also helped make the experience very enjoyable. Our session went on a little past 6, but no one breathed a word about us overstaying our welcome. They provided a champagne toast once I decided to buy the dress. I bought a sample dress that fit me perfectly and was 50% off so, I did not order a dress - I walked out with it that day. Also, just know that they do not allow photos but will take some of their own and post them for a fee. They will allow, and encourage, photos once you purchase a dress. Also, they do not provide undergarments as some other shops do, so be sure to where the proper undergarments! I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend! The atmosphere and employees are lovely!

When I got my dress from them they were still at their old location, but I went in today to finally drop off my dress for preservation. The new store is amazing and even though the consultant I worked with has moved on, they still remembered me. I had a really good time when I bought my dress and didnt have any problems along the way. I have a friend who just got engaged and I am definitely going to tell her to go here.
