Our Vision:

We envision Bellaire United Methodist Church as a place where people of all ages, through the love of Christ, are growing in discipleship and serving our community and beyond.

We see a church…

-Worshiping with passion and in unity of belief that Jesus is our Savior, Redeemer, and Friend;
-Demonstrating radical hospitality and welcoming all who seek a relationship with God;
-Providing discipleship pathways to encourage each person to grow deeper in faith;
-Reaching out and ministering to those in need within our church, community, and around the world;
-and Showing and sharing the love of Christ to all.

We are realizing this vision when the church is overflowing with people striving to walk in Jesus’ footsteps, passionately worshiping God, and loving their neighbors as themselves.

As Christians, we believe:

We believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth.

We believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father and will come again to judge the living and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting.
