I've been going to this location for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend and not nearly as busy as other locations.

Terrible hours and no longer open on Saturday's!

I changed my review because the problem was fixed They can’t get my automatic payment right so I’m stuck going in there every 2 weeks to pay my auto payment for the next 6 years. Please learn how to do your job!

Well I drove across town because it says this branch is open on Sundays... well it is not. Super frustrating that google says it is and reading some reviews before I posted mine and they have had this problem for a year now and no one has fixed it. Good job bellco, glad my time is fun to waste.

Taking care of business

Horrible customer service. Rude, disorganized and unapologetic. Wish I never did business with them.

Automated system is absolutely horrible and doesn't work.at least give the option to speak to a real life human. Are you guys that hard on money you can't pay agents to take calls? Kindof worrisome.
