Dr Lempp and the team do a great job serving each patient. Their equipment is up to date and their office is very clean, organized, and professional. Dr Lempp is very experienced and knowledgeable and he has my trust 100%.

My husband had to go back several times for them to get his prescription corrected. for a pair of glasses and sunglasses. They also had him come back in and pick out another frame for his sunglasses because the ones he picked were incompatible with his prescription. My experience was very much the same and I ended up just going back to my old glasses to avoid all the frustration. I have been to 3 other places and have never had this problem with any other office. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and well lit but this is not a place I will be back to. Looking for new offices when you move is never fun due to the change but basic services should be something one could expect at any facility, right? Wrong.

We have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience, so it’s time I write them the glowing review they deserve! We’ve seen two of the eye doctors in our time here and both are wonderful. Most of our dealings have been with the office staff, however, and they’re all awesome. From picking out glasses for me and my daughter, to replacing parts or frames no questions asked, to helping us understand insurance and warranties, to letting me go through about a million contacts trials before making my final purchase, this place provides top notch customer service. It’s obvious that everyone in here truly cares and seems to enjoy their jobs. Thank you for always treating our family with kindness and compassion!

I saw Dr. Carpenter for the first time for an eye emergency & I can't thank him enough for his exceptional care. Despite being a last-minute appointment, he made the time to see me promptly and put me at ease with his reassuring demeanor. Dr. Carpenter's expertise was evident throughout the examination, and he explained everything clearly. I left the clinic feeling grateful for his professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter to anyone in need of outstanding eye care.

As new clients, my husband and I we were welcomed by the entire staff. They followed Covid precautions and we felt completely safe. Our exams were done efficiently and thoroughly. We were offered assistance with selecting glasses, along with assurances of follow up if anything else was needed. Great experience.

The whole Team at Bellevue Family Eyecare are awesome. Dr. Carpenter is caring and is a great listener. He is very thorough with his exams. The ladies at the desk are wonderful. Liz has always helped with making sure you get the best frames and lenses. Her fitting skills are great. Dr. Carpenter is the best optimistic in the Bellevue/Omaha area as far as I am concerned as is the staff at Bellevue Family Eyecare. You need to go here for your optical needs.
