Highly recommend these apartments complex, I've been living here since 2 years ago everything is great, the pool is super clean, all the areas are clean, I've only had couple things in my unit and they fixed them right away, prices are very good because is close to all that you need and just 3 minutes to the 75. If you ate looking forward to move this might be your best option.

This has been a persistent problem. The fact that the fire alarm goes off at random and won't stop until the fire department arrives makes it both bothersome and dangerous for people's safety. The previous time it happened, the alarm continued for more than an hour, and I had to leave the apartment because it would not stop.. The maintenance team we have now is excellent and far superior to the one we had years ago when I moved here. On the other hand, I don't have much to say about front office management. The property is old .Even the most recent appliances are made of low-quality materials. Since moving in, we've had to replace our fridge, air conditioner, hot water heater, and dishwasher. Both the original and renovated residences have poor quality .The renovated homes are just as cheaply built as the old ones . We are relocating soon, and I'm happy about that. Went to tour an apartment at Bellingham and I have to say first and foremost thank you to Cheryl for being such a great tour guide and funny as well. What an immaculate apartment complex, very clean, quiet, tucked away on a busy road on Roswell Rd. The furnished apartments are gorgeous with new appliances. Unfortunately apartments go pretty fast here so the place I was looking at was no longer available. If you have an opportunity to move here, don’t miss it!

My experience here has been hell. I've been here for 4 years. They can't keep staff, there is someone new in the leasing office every time there's a issue with my unit. To black mold, mice under the floors, maintenance takes their good time to fix repairs, I had to move units suddenly cause they never put cement down during construction and our foundation was sinking. They wasn't accommodating what so ever, we was on their time and had to take time off to do so. The staff in the office are very nonchalant when I show concern being I work from and my studio is here as well, to multiple of my items damaged. I can't even have peace in my home cause of how they have no care for the tenants. I would not recommend this place to live.

I have been living here at the Bellingham Apartments for about five years and this is the best place that you could ever live. We have the best maintenance team that I’ve ever experienced Stephanie and Raymond. They are the best when there is a problem they’re coming and they come Quickly. They do the job professionally and very good. I would recommend Bellingham Apartments to anyone that’s looking for an apartment. Just a wonderful, wonderful staff.

So far this is the best apartment we could find, security gate, excellent location, wonderful staff, especially Millie and Kimberly . They are very professional and hospitable. I would recommend Bellingham Apartments to anyone that’s looking for an apartment.

Finding this property was one of the best decisions I could've made. The location is amazing the entire staff is exceptional. The property is well kept. It's a very nice community. Mr.Raymond and Ms.Stephanie are two of the most efficient maintenance staff I've ever encountered in my years of living in appt communities. Two very pleasant people that take care of any needs swiftly. Living on the this property gives me such a sense of security and certainly feels like a place to call home.

The staff at Bellingham Apartments is top notch! The manager Kimberly is always very nice and answers any questions or concerns with accuracy and professionalism. I recently met the new assistant manager Dylan. He handled my questions concerning my rental statement and explained the changes with great knowledge. He's definitely a great fit for the property. The team of Maintenance will definitely go above and beyond while addressing any maintenance issue I may have. Stephanie even called after the request was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Raymond immediately called in an outside contractor before leaving my apartment to make sure to put me on schedule to have my peeling tub resurfaced for the following day and even explained the procedure to me. Great communication from the maintenance staff is greatly appreciated. The grounds look awesome as well! Thank you to Mr Jelani for all the hard work he puts in to make sure the grounds look immaculate! I will definitely be renewing my lease next month due to the top-notch professionalism I have received. Thank you all for all that you do.

Bellingham has been one of the best experiences I have had staying in an apartment community. I sold my house after many years and thought it was going to be difficult making the transition back into an apartment community, but was pleasantly surprised. The upgrades are great, the apartment was more spacious than I anticipated, the maintenance staff is very responsive and the property manager can be very accommodating. it is simply a really nice community. You also have access to every modern convenience based on the location . Think I will stay a while.
