I like the place but sometimes they don’t turn the heat on when it’s cold but overall it’s really good

Our home for some time people sweet kids are polite we all live as one happy community n landscaping excellent

Rent is a little high Too many children on bikes not watching for cars Slow maintenance

Love you PS they always get my stuff here on time

Going on my 17th year here. Area is nice, neighbors have been good through out the years. Aside from occasional maintenance being needed I have no gripes.

Maintenance sucks. Do not have an emergency! My a.c. broke in the beginning of the summer and they didnt come to fix it until the middle of the spring. The have a mice infestation also. Especially in the winter. And they have some nerver to go up on the rent all of the time...

Not worth what they charge in rent

I haven't had any issues, apartment is nice size and a good price.
