The staff at this Beltone location are fabulous. Kind, caring, and professional. When I bring my mom in, we usually don’t have any wait, and she is taken care of in a timely manner.

My family has been using Beltone for a long time, first my mother and now myself. The ladies that work in the Ridgeland office are wonderful. Lesley was very patient with teaching me how to use my Beltone App and even calling to check in on me to make sure I was doing well. Glad I chose to buy from Beltone!

Lesley did my hearing test. She set them according to test results and they were perfect. I have been wearing them for several years. Belton Ridgeland has great customer service and very friendly staff. Always a good experience!

Although I didn’t like whaI heard, she took her time to answer my questions, show various sample hearing aides, and explain the performance and financial differences of various products.
