BenchMark Physical Therapy

I had a choice when being referred for PT and I am so happy I chose Benchmark in Town Brookhaven. The entire crew there is wonderful and so supportive of every patient and each other: from therapist Hillary, Shelby and Seamus to Cindy who always greets patients with a smile. I have made the progress that I have because of the care and skill this team gave me. If you have a choice, I highly recommend you choose this Benchmark team!

I would definitely recommend BenchMark PT. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoy helping their patients and are invested in helping them get better. They were great about explaining exercises and teaching me things I could do at home to help. The staff was also proactive and helpful working with my insurance to get my appointments approved and making sure I was paying the right amount.

I love PT Benchmark Brookhaven!!! My shoulder is getting so much better. I'm able to work out and start getting the progress I've needed for a long time. I've always put off PT and I'm glad I finally caved and started. Making a huge difference with my comfort. Shelby and the whole staff are great. Thanks y'all!!

I have used benchmark Brookhaven after 4 different surgeries and the improvement they've helped me build is phenomenal. Hillary is my favorite Tharipist. She is very good at explaining to me what's going on,. what's causing the pain and how we are going to fix it.

I was in so much muscular pain that I couldn’t even work or drive or dress myself without pain. After Hallie and Shelby did their magic and a couple of weeks my pain was getting better and they both showed me exercises and techniques I could use at home to help myself while I’m not going to physical therapy. As a nurse I would highly recommend benchmark physical therapy Hallie and Shelby as your physical therapist. I know I will be going to them should I ever need physical therapy in the future. Convenient, modern facility with a very competent, caring staff that is passionate about helping their patients. Coming in with pretty bad shoulder pain, I wasn't confident it could be fixed with PT. But after my 6 weeks with BenchMark, I was back to 90% and able to resume my normal fitness. Not only are they great at the center but the app they use for 'homework' is far superior than any PT I've done in the past with videos/countdown timer for all exercises. I absolutely would recommend Hillary and her team at BenchMark Brookhaven!

I have been a patient at Benchmark PT for several years and I can't say enough good things about the PT's, the front desk staff,location, and facilities. The location is convenient with more than adequate parking. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. The facilities are impeccably modern and clean and the staff takes great care to sanitize and clean all surfaces.The highlight of my physical therapy treatment has always been the PT's at Benchmark Brookhaven. They are very caring and design treatment plans based on your progress and what your end goal is. The PT's here go above and beyond for their patients whether its tailoring an in person appointment exercise or providing exercises to do at home or recommended equipment for at home therapy. I only gave 5 stars but if I had to I would give 10 stars. I know I can rely on them to be caring /kind and get me back on my feet !!

The staff here is extremely professional as well as friendly. Cindy at reception is very welcoming. Hillary tailored a program that got me back out on the golf course pain free and without cortisone. She also took the time to explain why we were doing certain exercises so I learned a lot that will carry in my day to day. When I worked with Alexis, it was the same experience. It's clear that the staff here genuinely cares about their patients. Should the need arise, I will be back!

Recently completed PT after having knee surgery and had a truly amazing experience with Benchmark Brookhaven. Great listeners, well paced and tailored therapy keeping my recovery goals in mind. Can’t say enough about the entire team and highly recommend for your physical therapy needs. Top notch!
