Outstanding service and customer support at the Norwalk store. We purchased all our plumbing fixtures for a recent remodel of our kitchen and two baths. Our sales lady's personal assistants Payton and Alex are really fantastic.

Not happy.....went into Bender, person greeting you at the door was nice. All of the sales people won’t even give you the time of day. We walked out....they lost our business.
