Bentall Kennedy :: Real Estate Advisors

Living in my building was much better before Bentall Kennedy came and messed everything up. A lot of disgruntled tenants have moved out since then! The so called "security guard" in my building is acist, I don't know why they keep him employed! They regularly delay heating while tenants freeze. The management is terribly inefficient and routinely ignores tenants' complaints. Seems like there's more staff than tenants, but it's extremely difficult to get anything done cause no one wants to do their jobs. When they finally do get around to it, it takes them several attempts and they still can't get it right. The previous management did a much better job with less than half the staff! I'll make sure my next building is not "proudly managed by Bentall Kennedy" - when you hear that, save yourself a lot of aggravation and just run the other way!
