Story

The Core Values of Beraca Baptist Church identifies who we are and what we believe to be important and unique qualities of this church that differentiates us from any other church even if they bear the same name and likeness. These values are intrinsic to Beraca Baptist Church and dictates how we conduct ministry towards our members and the community.

Spiritual Leadership: We value leaders who are fully devoted to Christ and His teachings. Our leaders though not perfect are committed to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and developing their faith through daily devotions, studying and meditating on the word of God, through prayer, personal and corporate worship and fellowship with other believers.

Family Oriented Church: We value every member of the family from the youngest child to the most senior adults. Therefore, we provide ministries where every member of the family can gather to be discipled, to be ministered to or to serve using their gifts talents and skills for the glory of God. We believe that a healthy family equals a healthy church.

Excellence: We value serving God with excellence in everything we do. Because we are serving the King of Kings and Lord of Lords we prepare and practice before we perform. We seek to use believers who are qualified, gifted and skilled in their area of service to minister before God and men. Matt 5:17 … that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven.

Worship: We value a spirit led worship service that invites our members to encounter God in a meaningful and passionate way as they sing songs of praise and adoration. Our musician, worship team, choirs and worship leaders endeavor to lead the people to experience God in all His glory, splendor and Holiness.

Teaching: We value teaching our members according to the command of Matt 28: 20… teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you… Preaching say, you ought to, teaching tells you how to. Therefore we teach our members practical ways to live out their faith in Christ to impact this ever-changing world.
