Lived here for a couple of years because the rent was affordable. That is the only thing I liked about that building. The whole building should be demolished and rebuild something beautiful because it has a great location.

Had big cockroach problems for a year to this day. Property managers and landlord are extremely rude and dont give a damn about their tenants. Water shuts off at least once a month. Don't live here. Unless you want your quality of life to diminish.
