Extremely unprofessional (borderline unethical) in their approach towards clients. We were incorrectly billed by them and despite numerous follow ups to correct the bill, we never got clarity from them. Instead, they repeatedly kept sending threatening letter to pay the bill (or else interest would be added). On one hand, they kept saying they will address of queries soon.
