If it's after 6pm and you foolishly locked yourself out of the house, I sugggest prolonging your agony by giving this company a call. The dispatch will answer promptly, but tell you the same thing every half hour -- (paraphrasing) "The person on call has been paged. If he doesn't call you in a half hour, give us a call and we'll try paging him again." So, the pattern of calling every half hour with zero responsiveness from the on-call employee continued for at least 5 half-hours. Did anyone actually show up? No. The dispatcher finally said (paraphrasing) "Well, if he's not responding, I guess he's not taking any more calls for the night." Brilliant. And I'm kicking myself because I tried using this service-- a 24 hour service -- about a year ago. And yep, they pulled the same BS they pulled tonight. Maybe their daytime service is a different story, but the 24-hour on-call service is...something worth a bundle of expletives.

I have called this place twice to come out an unlock my door and an hour later still have not heard from the on call tech. This is just poor business I understand being busy but to never call someone an inform them of anything after to urgent calls. I would never recommend this company. To be locked out of your house in the rain an not have someone call you back is ridiculous!!

I contacted their hotline for emergency services and was told someone would call me. That was 7:00 (2.5) hours ago :(. Don't have to worry about me trying to contact you ever again!

Called at 200 pm this afternoon requesting a locksmith meet us at an elderly gentleman's house who had locked himself out. They took my call and ask for the information and promised a return call within 30 minutes. I called back a 2nd time. Same thing, locksmith will call you back within 30 minutes. Called a 3rd time and said I'd you can't come out, please tell me so I can try and find someone else. Again, locksmith will call you within 30 minutes. It has now been 8 hours. Not one word. No one returned call. Not even the cloudy of a text saying I'm too busy and can't help. Find someone else. Do not waste your time with this place. No compassion for an elderly man out in the cold and 0 courtesy to even return a call.

Prompt service. Called before they came. Sent a knowledgeable man who did an great job. Recommended.
