They tried to return a personal check for 85K thru REGULAR US Mail. Well, guess what? My check is still out there, somewhere!! Way too careless with my money.

GMFS Assigned me a realtor through Donnie Jarreau. Every time I hear someone buying a house, it's always negative. Like: "There's so much paperwork, you feel like you're signing your life away" or "I don't know what's taking so long, I'm waiting to hear back from my realtor". Let me assure you that is not the case when dealing with Donnie Jarreau realtors. I was originally assigned to Trey Willard, whom by the way, is AMAZING. he is informative, timely, always gets back to me almost immediately. He even gave me his phone number so he could get back to me while he's away from his computer. Later I was assigned to Shane Robertson, because Trey was going to be out for a while. At first, I though to myself "oh man, I really liked the realtor that I had, I'm going to have to start over". Shane was anything but starting over, he took over with flying colors! Informative, advantageous, and gets it done! I have had NO complaints from this whole process with Trey and Shane. Amazing people to work with and awesome all around guys. :) I would recommend them to anyone who asks about looking to buy! Thanks guys!
