We had a fantastic relationship with them as our letting agents, particularly Sarah! She’s fantastic, and Molly is no slouch either! We made appointments to find a place over the May bank holiday in 2021 or at least we hoped we’d find a place, and one of the properties was Sarah’s… to our great luck. She was very responsive and attentive and showed us a couple other properties following our initial appointment, but the first she showed us was absolutely the one! We had regular contact with her during the application and contracting process, and knew we could always come to her with questions throughout our tenancy. We had the best experience with both the company and with Sarah, and as everybody knows - that’s not close to a guarantee with many agents. She’s a lovely person, dedicated and great at what she does, and we’d highly recommend asking for her when you go into the office or request a viewing online!

I had been looking to lease a suitable apartment in London and had been searching for 2 weeks on my own with no success. I contacted Ms. Nicky Sachdev and within 3 days signed a lease. She provided a very quick turnaround and high level of professionalism with great knowledge of the available properties.

Totally recommend this BHHS agency. Nicky was my point of contact and she found me a flat within the day of me contacting her!!!! She was extremely helpful and patient with me and my infinite requests. She made sure all communication with the landlord is fast and efficient. Thank you Nicky and BHHS!

Update Sept 15, 2022: Unfortunately I need to update this review. I had an excellent time getting the property but once the tenancy started, things went south. Maintenance requests took on average of 2 months to be completed. We had a broken bed which took 8 weeks moved in Dec, got delivered in Feb to replace rendering the second bedroom, unusable. There were two giant floor mirrors that were cracked and after months of asking them to be removed we have a toddler for safety reasons, I had to arrange for removal myself. Mundane things like broken dishwasher, light fixtures not working, bathtub not draining etc took multiple calls and emails to get fixed. Overall, it was a very frustrating tenant service experience. That is one of the reasons why we left the place before the tenancy ended. It's been a month and I am still struggling to get my deposit released. I have spent hours communicating back and forth asking for updates and the reply basically has been, "it will take as long as it takes" so leaving me with no choice but to file a dispute. On the other hand, I have had no issues getting things addressed from the letting agents of our new place. I am so disappointed in the service and the ongoing struggle to get back several thousand pounds worth of deposit from this letting company. The experience to find and process the rental was excellent but everything went downhill after that. --------------------- They are hands down the best agents in London. My family and I are in the process of moving from the Washington D.C. to London and have interacted with many agents during our property search. Amelia has been the most helpful and responsive agent we have worked with. Not only did she find us a wonderful property but she also helped managed the administrative and legal processes for lease drafting, referencing etc. As someone who didn't know the local rules, she went out of her way to explain things and make sure I was both informed and felt comfortable. I would highly recommend engaging them. They made this very stressful and dauting move much easier. Many thanks Amelia!
