If i could give 0 stars I would. Do not do business with this con man, the property he rented was not up to code and the landlord did not have adequate permits. He used me and my roommates by calling us “friends” as long as got his brokers fee he didnt care about us after.
Their agent Haima "Nancy" Suric never paid back the security deposit of any of the 4 tenants that lived in the property despite promising to do a walk through of the apartment.....which she never did despite our due diligence of paying on time and taking care of the property. After we moved out, she didn't respond to our emails or phone calls about our deposits and when I asked for a meeting with her at her office, she grossly refused to meet. I recommend no one to work with this agent. Berkshire Hathaway Laffey International realty is a great company providing wonderful opportunities for wonderful homes at affordable prices. But chose a different agent
THE worst company I have ever rented thru. Their agent Haima "Nancy" Suric still has yet to send us our security deposits back. We gave her notice of us leaving the apartment mid-January, our lease was up March 31st both of us vacated the apartment before the 30th. It is now June 5th and still no deposit back. The lease states that we would get our deposit back 10 days after departure--still nothing. We asked several times for a walk-thru of the apartment and we never got one. After moving out she never responded to our emails and phone calls about returning our security deposits. I recommend that no one work with this agent, in fact, I don't recommend this company at all because I have reached out several times to talk to someone about this issue and have yet to hear anything. The apartments are awful anyway. Get yourself a different company!
I hired their agents Sayed Ahmed and Shri Sing to sell my home. They also had a woman who worked for another agency on the contract. When the home was ready to close I moved out and gave them the key in case they needed to go in for any reason. That was a huge mistake. The home sale fell through and I was out of the state. I agreed to allow them to have open houses until I returned. When I got back my garage window was broken, the lock on the side door broken, the lock on the gate sawed through and the property I did not take with me was all gone!!! The agent Sayeed bought me some replacement items and had a man come to see about fixing the garage door. I told the owner Greg Berkowitz and at first he offered to give me lian furniture from a staged property. I declined and told him I wanted my things back. He called a man Jose who removed the property and he confirmed he was authorized by the agent Sayeed to go clean out my house includijng the patio furniture and garage. Then Greg did a turn around and now produced a bunch of doctored texts to back up their claim. I would never allow anyone to take my deceased fathers suits, my grandmothers mirror and china cabinet etc. Yet, they left other items like a broken TV and the dining room table and chairs. But, took the patio table and cushions and not the chairs. They picked and chose quite carefully. Paintings, wardrobe, couch and love seat and yes even my garden hose and town recycling can were taken. Now I have to go to court because the owner is a decietful individual who has no honor. And his agent Shri is still calling me trying to ask if he can show the house!!! I would not recommend using this agency. I reported this to the NYS licensing bureau. Very dishonest and can't own up to a mistake. I tried to be reasonable and gave an itemized list and the owner thinks $15,000 is too much to ask to fix my garage door and replace the glass and for sentimental items which can never be replaced, not to mention the absolute shock and trauma and feeling completely violated. And the worst part is the lies. Evil exsists in this world and unless we speak out it will go unchecked. You have been warned.
Made an appointment that required me to leave work and then was a no show. Texted with no response. Then I called and she says she is at another house and that her client canceled. Then when I called her out for her unprofessionalism, she lied and said she had a car accident and she's at the shop when she had just told me a few minutes before that she was at another house. Do not use or trust Lolita from this office as a realtor. Waste of time.
I had to click on a star in order to post. Please think of this as NO STARS! I answered an apartment listing with Rita O'Leary. I saw the apartment and wanted to take it and sign immediately. It was exactly what I needed. Then it all went quickly downhill. She didn't call me with updated information even after I gave her my credit score and application. She kept giving vague excuses as to why nothing was happening. She did refer to the apartment's owner as a "townie" which made me uncomfortable. Days went by, then a week and I had to reach out to another broker to find out what was happening. Rita told the other broker that the apartment was really promised to the owner's niece or maybe the niece's friend. Rita was told to call me to apologize but she never did. She never called again. The big PS came when I spoke to a friend about 2 weeks later who knows Rita - something I didn't know - and Rita repeated my personal business to this mutual friend. My business was confidential and I told Rita it had to be kept between us and she went and made it news. I have NEVER met such an unprofessional, self-involved, selfish business person EVER. Do NOT do business with Rita O'Leary. She is bad news. BEWARE!!!!!
Never showed up to the scheduled apartment viewing. Not a message, not an apology, nothing. I waited 30 minutes with my baby daughter. I guess their time is a lot more precious than their potential clients's.
Used Mike Fink as my broker, house sold in 3 weeks, couldn't ask for a better experience, very personal service by Mike and always available when needed.
Would highly not recommend
Great service Mike Fink goes above and beyond for his clients I would highly recommend him and his staff for all your real estate needs.
