Bernice Jackson, MD

This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I initially went to Dr. Jackson because my blood pressure was extremely high and my primary care physician told me to make an appointment with a cardiologist ASAP. I arrived at the appointment a few minutes late. I sat in her outdated office for 1 hour 30 minutes with a terrible headache in need of medical attention before her incompetent staff finally told me that she would not see me. My primary care doctor called me to see how my appointment went and I told her what happened. When we got off the phone, she must have called around until she found a cardiologist that could take me tomorrow. She is so amazing. Dr. Jackson could learn a few things from my primary care physician.

Dr. Jackson is a very kind, gentle, and caring person, she really listen to you if you have a question or a problem. I feel will real comfortable in her Office. :-

Very thankful to have found a Cardiologist who was actually willing to listen to her patients. Very knowledgeable, returns messages in a timely fashion and great bedside manner .

Took years to find a doctor who was knowledgeable and caring. Hope retirement is NOT in the foreseeable future.
