I've had nothing but great experiences at Bernina store. My first machine was a used floor model and have upgraded twice since then. Kept that first machine and gifted to our daughter who loves it, too. Great service and classes over the years. Quick and dependable service!! Stitches like a dream!!
Bernina of Omaha did a fast and wonderful job on repairing my Bernina Embroidery Machine. They took the time to fully explain some other issues I was having on my learning my machine. They are very nice to deal with. Nothing but compliments from me
I had a wonderful experience while I stayed in Rochester for 6 weeks. I was looking for coverstitch machine and the staff was very helpful and took a lot of time to help me find the best machine. I ended up buying a used Bernina and the staff spend time helping me thread it and continued with help via email after I purchased the machine. I highly recommend them.
I bought a serger 30 years ago and used it only once so had forgotten how to thread it as well as how to use it. I had a private one hour class for free showing me everything I needed to know to "serge away"! The class was free because I purchased it there but 30 years is a long time to still honor the perks I got 30 years ago! Class was private because I was the only one signed up.
Love my new Bernina. Deb was great explaining how I could upgrade. Everyone has always been helpful. Wonderful place to go to for help
Bernina Sewing Center is definitely a five-star establishment. It carries the best Brand of sewing machines, imho bar none. The owner, Keff Wilson and his staff, especially, Kami have such positive attitudes, are knowledgeable and always eager to help.
I have been taking Designer Works software classes over Zoom from BSCO. Although this software is no longer supported by Bernina USA, BSCO is providing excellent monthly support basic plus project through Jamie. Kudos to all!

Keff and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and go out of their way to help their customers. In fact, I purchased a 790+ a few years ago and because of Covid I wasn’t able to get to classes. Because I didn’t know what I didn’t know, I hated the machine and was positive there was something wrong with it. I even insisted the machine be sent to Chicago for repair. There was nothing wrong with it. It was the operator. Keff was patient and never got upset with me even though most others would have. I highly recommend this dealer!!
