Berrett Pest Control

I asked for a one-time service which was $119. Service was decent, no qualms there. All of a sudden I’m getting charged $43 a month on a recurring service and when I call to tell them there’s been a mistake I never wanted the recurring service they tell me its $100 to cancel the service…. What? They tell me its part of the agreement that I got a $100 “discount” for signing up for a recurring service. Agreement? Signing up? I never signed anything. I never agreed to a recurring service. I was never told there was a “discount”. What this amounts to is a low level scam that these crooks are pulling. If you have the opportunity, DO NOT use Berrett Pest Control, they’ve now squeezed me for $143 that I never agreed to and I can only hope that this review loses them more business ten times over for pulling this.

They emailed Saturday that someone will be here Monday for my quarterly service. No time frame. I cant change my appointments or work schedule with such short notice and I cannot sit and wait the entire day. They do this every time. Send an email 1-2 days not even business days prior and your are expected to change your life around and wait all day. I have asked for a call 30 mins prior to let me know someone is on the way so I can make sure Im not on a client call and I can lock my dogs up, but they NEVER call. They just show up and every single time they tell me its not noted in my acct to all beforehand, but they assure me every time that now, its noted... but it never is!Services: Spider extermination

Starting two weeks ago I had 4 separate appointments scheduled that I rearranged my schedule for and planned my day around that they failed to honor. Each time they more or less cancelled without telling me, my appointment time would come and go with no word. I would have to call them back to reschedule because they wouldn’t even give me a heads up. Appointments that they claim they rescheduled would disappear from their system them next time I called them back. An absolute waste of time. They deserve negative stars.

Hi Everyone! Today was our first time using Berrett Pest Control, and definitely not our last. Our Technician Joshua was so patient, polite and Efficient at his job. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and worked around the chaos of three toddlers.
