I was visiting DC and was unfamiliar with this particular Office Depot location. The staff warmly greeted me as I walked in and helped me find what I needed!! Surinder helped with special paper and the best was Ricky at the check out. He was super nice and signed me up for the Rewards Program… which gave me a substantial discount on my purchases, it was awesome! I highly recommend this store! Thanks to the whole staff at OD on Connecticut Ave.!!
This Office Depot location has the greatest staff. They take care with each customer. They are perfectionists with Restore Mass Ave's unusual small-run print requests. Thank you ODS!
Ricky is great with customer service and Singh is great with print jobs! These gentleman make my experience worth the stress as I’m generally a “day of needed this job printed yesterday” type of customer. And regardless of my angst they are always super professional, kind, and efficient. My fav office solutions hands down. Coming from a total covert A Type Washingtonian.
No sense of customer service….tried to self serve….did not work …. Waited for specific person to help… asked twice and waited…. Store was not busy…at least one desk person was on her phone …felt like I was a bother…from out of town, so found my way here, found a parking place …paid for gasoline , space and print…very unusual for Office Depot staff to act this way …. I have some 20 years of experience and a commercial account with Office Depot. I am very disappointed and will find another vendor in DC….
Computer and printer obtained from Office Depot store in neighborhood; staff helpful and a return was handled efficiently.
I like this store and am glad to have it located so close to my home. It's a convenient place to get last minute items and especially helpful to have access to their fax machine. Staff are helpful
I came in, I found the ink I needed, I got help finding a 3-ring notebook and I got one.There wasn't much of a selection, but I like what I got. It didn't occur to me to take a photo of my visit.
I stop by here for a few minutes to pick up some batteries and a couple of other items. There was no one in line and I was able to grab the three or four items I had and come immediately to the register. I grabbed some gum and Candy while I was in line for the kids.
Staff was extremely helpful - I think every worker in the store asked me very kindly if I needed help with anything. Will definitely go back for things I tend to rely on Amazon/target for pens/paper/notebooks since it was a pleasant experience and much quicker
