Best Buy Christiana

As a past Best Buy employee, I love to go into stores and see how they match up. This store is pretty good. I don’t think there’s ever been something that I wanted that I couldn’t find here. The employees are generally helpful

Eli and Angelica were amazing! They are a valuable asset to the company. Whilst my son had many questions regarding his choice of purchase, they remained engaged and unbothered. Thank you for making our experience and visit worthwhile.

Recently went on December 31st 2021 and today January 4th 2022 to purchase an Oculus Quest both times. I was in and out of the store in less then 10 minutes. Staff were very helpful and plentiful. Almost zero wait time. They had exactly what I needed and made my trip there very pleasant! I will be back!

Always hit or miss! Either great experience and employees are friendly and helpful. Or complete opposite clueless, can't help or don't even make An effort to. Still trying to get someone to help us with our tablet and warranty for over a month now!!
