Best Buy Distribution Center

Only giving 3stars because they messed up on a delivery of my stove. Just took it off the truck and want going to even call us. Then when we called we waited on hold 20 min, but when we werent satisfied with then rescheduling almost a week later, they hung up on us. When going to the store, they did their best to accommodate but still ended up having to rent a uhaul amd pick it up myself so we could break it in the Monday before Thanksgiving rather than the wed before.

Was Ok'd by Kimberly Clark to leave through the back gate, but the witch of a guard copped an attitude towards me for it, speaking in a condescending manner and refusing to accept my explanation. It was bad enough to deal with the nonsensical traffic around the area. Why do I have to put up with a female with a bad attitude? Her behavior is one of a female used to being able to bully her husband into doing what she says. That doesn't fly with me.

Their telephone menu system sucks. Do not press zero to speak to an associate. It will simply hang you up
