Best Buy Flooring

SERIOUS WARNING: Do not do business with this company!!! Deceptive business practice! If you want to be overcharged for materials and installation, coerced to pay more after work is done and be threatened to put a LIEN on your house…..then your choice. Last November, we agreed on Best Buy Flooring to replace our whole floor and the kitchen countertop. However, we discovered that the company charged us 53 sq. foot granite and installation for a 35 sq. foot kitchen countertop. The manager could not give explanation and won’t adjust the price. So we decided to just proceed with the flooring which cost $14,509.83. They already made us pay $14,100 even before work started. Then when flooring was done, they coerced us to pay $2,200 more instead of $405 balance. No documentation that says price would change. When I challenged them, they threatened me with a notice to put a lien on my house. I have reported Best Buy Flooring to Better Business Bureau BBB, the NV Consumer Affairs and the NV Contractor’s Board for deceptive and fraudulent business practice and use of coercion and intimidation. They should not be allowed to continue doing this to consumers who have spent their hard earned money on their house. They would cause anguish, anxiety, headache and more money. You have been seriously warned! If you have the same experience, please contact me for possible class action so they can be stopped!

came into the store yesterday and was greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful. I was looking for a remnant. 2 other employees showed me what they had and it was wonderful. They went out of their way to fold the rug so it would fit in my car. how refreshing to have young people so helpful, courteous and professional. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Installers were awesome. After a mix up in our carpet order, Best Buy Flooring made it good. Thank you Jesse for going the extra mile.

This is a horrible company to do business with, both the black lady and the Arab guy or nothing but swindlers and scammers stay away from this company if you don't want to deal with drama. Most of these postings seem paid off which I'm very sure they got a huge discount on their install for. This is the way this company works stay away!!

It's NOT BEST BUY FLOORING. IT'S Worst kind of flooring. Ask them How come they advertise for $3.99 PSF but you end up paying $10 PSF Ps: they don't have 6 locations, check it out yourself

Christine was very helpful and was willing to help with even such a mundane request as scotch tape from a walk-in. Promote!
