Best Buy

I love Garret. If you need a new phone at Best Buy here in Billings Montana and you want somebody that knows what they're talking about go to Garrett. It was the simplest easiest funnest transaction I've ever been through. He was so knowledgeable and so easy to work with that it was actually fun to buy a phone and spend money period as a 63 year old consumer I hate spending this kind of money for a phone but he made it easy. Thank you Garrett customer service is all the stores have these days. Stores forget that. Garrett you have renewed my confidence in Best Buy.

Nothing special at this Best Buy. The sales people are friendly but product knowledge varies. The sales people I’ve experienced in home audio/video as well as appliances were knowledgeable but not in other departments. Still everyone is friendly so 3 stars.

Best buy was great, I am working for Coca-Cola here in Billings. So I was able to see the shipping and receiving. The manager was very helpful. He was ready for us and made it a breeze.

After wandering around awhile we found what we were looking for. We ended up getting a really good deal on a 128 gigabyte micro SD card. We checked out relatively quickly.

Recently bought an apple watch that was an open box item. Tried setting it up, and whoever bought it and returned it had their Apple id attached to it so it was useless. The manager at best buy returned it and gave me a brand new full price one for the price I originally paid for the open box item. That is great customer service!!! Thank you Anthony!
