Best Buy

This Best Buy was awesome. I walked in looking for a specific product. I was greeted by a staff member that looked busy but was so willing to help me. He proactively brought me right over to the product I needed. It was seamless!

Horrible return policy 15% restocking fee for them not correctly informing customer of possible required options on purchased drone. So I payed 15% for a bad experience. They charge for you to be talked into purchasing something you might not even use. Horrible experience with best buy no wonder people buy online.

Terrible customer service. Spent $400 on an Apple Watch and couldn’t get my money back on a screen protector that didn’t stick. The manager was rude and acted like he was going to do me a favor by installing a new one which he said he wouldn’t normally do. I didn’t want to keep it as it wouldn’t even stick why would I want another one. These guys need a lesson in service and keeping customers. I’ll never shop there again over $15. Plenty of places to buy the products they stock.
