Best Buy

This Best Buy is always clean and I can always find someone to help me. People have smiles on their faces and I never have a problem with things being out of stock. I can find things easily. I enjoy the music played over the speakers and the easy to reach shelves. The tech consult area is the only one I have seen in a Best Buy and I think it is so smart to be able to sit down out of the way with an agent. Restrooms are clean also.

When I went on trip to visit family, I forgot the power supply for my laptop, the people here were able to help me get one that would work. They were friendly and happily helpful and knew exactly what I needed and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. If I'm in the area with an electronics need, you can bet I'll be headed right back to them for help.

Made a large computer purchase and two weeks later the system went on sale. I called and was told since they do price match they can make adjustments when you purchase and it goes on sale. The salesperson stated bring your receipt in and we can make it good. When I arrived in the store later that week I was told it was passed the 15 days. Apparently I missed that since it does not state that on the web page. So when requesting a price adjustment, always remember you have 15 calendar days and that's it.

It's just a Best Buy like any other. Good size. Nice people. There isn't much to say about this one in particular.

My new computer is a beast. Prices are the prices nowadays for a decent graphics card because of the rise of bit mining. However, great store, helpful staff
