Best Buy

As long as you are not any kind of PC enthusiast, audiophile, or a connoisseur of any kind of electronics you will probably find this place to be highly adequate. The staff will be able to address and help you with normal everyday problems. They will be able to give you what you are seeking for a somewhat reasonable price. If you are looking for anything beyond what is mainstream or slightly better than what's available at Walmart, Best Buy will probably let you down. They are definitely no competitor to Micro Center or any place like that. With all of that being said, my biggest gripe is with their in-house Geek Squad. They are almost criminally under-trained and the prices that they charge aren't justified by the expertise that you receive. I have always had a better experience going to a place like PC Parts & Supplies over the Geek Squad that is staffed here.

Best experience ever. I was looking for a good bluetooth speaker and the gentleman went above and beyond. The representative engaged other coworkers and the manager helped to reduce the cost to make my purchase possible. Good job Best Buy in Fargo.

Chaos. This place is great if you know what you need and where to look for it. They try and say they know what they are talking about but in reality they want to sell. Buyer be aware take your time dont feel rushed. Use your phone to do research or better yet use their online pick up in store option. Not a bad store just super busy and the staff struggles to maintain organizational efficiency through out the busy times.

Best Buy is a great place to find gadgets especially Apple to Microsoft computers. Their customer services were really good as well as their products. I have no issues shopping at Best Buy.

Store rep. Shaun is honestly the best guy I had my experience with when I shop at Best Buy. He gives you options and he’s well informed about the technology world. You can tell this guy enjoy and loves his work! The quality of the products I purchased is awesome!
