Best Buy

Took a laptop in as it had locked up on me. The tech that was helping wasn't too eager to wait on me. I had to ask. He then was working on it and said that it wasn't going to do anything, but if I wanted to, I could have them download my data on a memory for $150. So, I did. I wasn't gone 20 minutes and he called to let me know that my hard drive had apparently crashed, so there was nothing they could do.... However, I was still OUT my $100! ($50 memory I kept). I took it to INFO TECH SOLUTIONS in Madison ~ they called me for my password and got everything off in a matter of MINUTES!! For $30!!!!

We bought a new Jitterbug phone for my mother. Excellent service. Salesman helped me do the comparison shopping for the best deal, which pleased the Mom. We walked out as happy customers!
