Best Buy

Very nice store, very well stocked. They will match prices with some popular online competitors. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but the only downside to this place, besides the restocking fees and short return window (obviously, that's a general Best Buy policy, not just at this location) are SOME of the employees. I found at least 3 very helpful and knowledgeable workers, while some of the other employees were very dismissive or would completely pretend that the customers were invisible. Inexperienced workers should be trained to be more respectful to customers and responsive to their needs, instead of making you feel like you are bothering when asking a simple question.

As college students, me and my friend came in with backpacks and an entire GROUP of employees ambushed my friend as he was coming out of the bathroom and made him open up his backpack. Accused him of stealing. Very embarrassing for everyone when there was NOTHING in the backpack, and he clearly wasn't stealing. I get that backpacks look shady but he didn't even OPEN it inside of the store and it's not like we were ever off-camera. I've never seen such a colossal failure from a loss prevention team at any store. No apology. We have the expensive yearly membership. Will never be returning to this store. A tip: you don't accuse someone of stealing unless you catch them ON CAMERA stealing, and if you can't even manage that, then be prepared to apologize like literally any decent person would.

Typical Best Buy with LOTS of sales staff all over. The shelves are neat and well marked. Their prices are comparable to everyone else. Huge parking lot and easy to see from the street. They carry a good but small selection of computer components such as the power supply I needed. Be careful when you buy multiple items, such as cables. They give you a good discount but take ALL of it away if you return one of the items.

I wish i could give 0 stars. This place is utterly ridiculous! Lack of customer care or service in this location. If you're in need of any help at all, go directly to another location and ask for help in person. You will NEVER get anyone on the phone, I called this palm desert store back to back (approximately every 20 min or so) for almost 4 hours and NEVER got even a "please hold." I tried EVERY extension and department. Too bad I already ordered my washer/dryer online or I would have never given my business to this store. Never again will I.

Wonderful, friendly staff! Very clean store with allot of viarity. Bought my son the Xbox one s for his birthday. They were very helpful as I do not know much about the current popular games. My son loved the game tyke young man at best buy suggested I buy. I was very pleased with all the help today gave me. Thank you guys!
