Best Buy

Cooperate downsizing has been going on all over across many companies and with Best Buy it's no different. Finding someone to help me was a long drawn out process. When I was finally approached by a salesperson, I was greeted with a smile and very good professionalism on his part. So all in all, Best Buy has always been a great place to shop but as with many companies, downsizing and not having enough people on the floor to help customers, for some it may give reason to walk out and go elsewhere.

Store is pretty much just like every other Best Buy around. The employee working at the online pick up order line was over the top helpful and nice. Will always come back here to buy my electronics and video games.

As usual as most Best Buy's. They have products for sale, but no display/working units to see the product. This led them to use Google to search their own product to find out what the product description was (details).

Purchased a Toshiba Laptop 3 years ago from Best Buy. Now it wont connect to the internet. Several articles say updates to Windows 10 created this problem for me. I called best buy... and if they were to re installed windows 10 like what I have read the cost could range from $150-$200...Now the computer cost new in the $300-$350 Range. I said that was a little steep for just popping a windows 10 CD in and seeing if that works like the articles say. Its not like you guys are Roofing in July or Coal Mining. When the lap top was sold to me it was pre installed with Windows 10. I guess my next step is buying a new one not from Best Buy.

Went here to pick up a new movie. It always takes forever to find what your looking for because nothing is in order. It says a-z but they're not set up like that. And new releases are all over the place. Some in the section and a bunch in random spots in the main isle's. Nevertheless they had the movie I was in search of
