Adam was very helpful in finding our water filters for our LG Refrigerator. Also very helpful in answering questions on our knew range/oven he sold us. He was helpful in setting up delivery, install and hauling old won away. Very satisfied with appearance of store, selection of products, and knowledge of helpful sales associates.

Great place to see things in person before you buy them online. Just kidding! I wouldn't do that... ;) They didn't have everything we were looking for and the stuff they did have was a little expensive. Great selection. Plenty of employees available to help. Good return policy. Good location. Plenty of parking.

I was tremendously disappointed with my most recent visit to this Best Buy. I had called ahead of time asked them about the price on a laptop computer, which they provided. I was told that would be the price from Friday (when I called) through Saturday, when I could get up to Rapid and purchase the computer. Saturday morning I drive 100 miles expecting to purchase the computer and it was suddenly $200 more expensive than the assured price. If you're expecting this Best Buy to have their employees be on the same page and provide excellent, targeted services, my experience indicates you won't find it here. However, the store is clean, so if you're just browsing around hoping to pick up a moderately priced piece of technology, It will serve you just fine. Needless to say, my disappointment with this store and purchasing experience will keep me out of this establishment from here onward.

Bought a new TV through Best Buy here in Rapid City South Dakota. Very friendly staff answered all my questions to help me make a decision on which one to buy. Awesome prices great people we recommend this store.

Pretty great on selection. It's attached to the mall so it's really convenient for a large shopping day. Good selection of televisions and computers in stock. They carry apple products in stock. Game section is always stocked with consols and games. Computer gaming accessories also stocked up. Camera selection is usually less stocked.
