I visited this store to pick up an order. There were couple of executives at the entrance who never greeted the customers who were visiting the store. They were busy in chitchatting and checking their mobiles. When I asked a daily about the pick up counter, then she pointed me to the right direction. The lady at the pick up counter was rude as well. She was also busy in chitchatting with the geek squad. She didn’t bother to say Hi or greet the customer. On top of all these things, she started pronouncing my name wrongly and also brought a wrong product. She was kind of laziest person in the store. Looks like she hates her job. I am giving 3 stars because of the product I received from the store.
I love best buy. My budget is mostly not very high. I purchased this tablet. It's not horrible for a cheap tablet. It does work a little slow but i haven't had any problems with anything else. Just with some tapping on the screen issues. With speed. But overall a nice tablet. I love best buy and even if my budget is low i still love their products. It's overall worth shopping there for tech merchandise.
The worst! I would not give it any stars, if that was possible. I ordered something online, in the morning about 9 AM, they would not hold it for me so I had to pay for it online. When I go to pick it up with the number they told me to use and I told him what time I would pick it up in the afternoon they did not have it available, they could not find my invoice. My invoice no longer show up on my phone. It was deleted by someone not me list said I would need to get the email notice said when it would be ready. I was not going to go back home and come back whenever. Don’t know why they couldn’t get it from the back room. No customer service help whatsoever had to walk around the store couldn’t find anybody finally and found somebody they couldn’t help and then when I had encountered the problem, they were all standing around talking laughing have a great time nobody was taking care of the customers. Unbelievable unbelievable nobody seem to want to help. Nobody took any interest in the problem it was a true nightmare. Finally had to re-purchase so I could get the product, that was available somewhere in the store. No one even bothered to go into the back room, but had to do a whole new transaction. Hope I am not charged twice and of course this all took a while, not five minutes. Will never ordered anything online from Best Buy again and will not shop at the Y was Tulsa store or maybe none of the stores it was such an awful experience.
Called to check on status of curbside order. Was told it was ready, got to store, not ready. Employee said person on phone probably lied to get me off the phone. Went home, cancelled order and lodged a complaint. Ordered mini fridge from amazon. Done with best buy. Hope it goes the way of circuit city.
Stopped in to look at/potentially purchase a sound bar that only this store stocks locally. Had a pleasant experience with the person back in that department sorry I didn’t catch his name they ended up having to call in a couple other people to get the sound bar to work, after reviewing the item the associate grabbed everything I needed, and I was on my way
Bad experience here. 1. No response to questions from other Best Buy locations. We had came from the Greenfield location where a rep was trying to contact the Mayfair location to verify if they had the product we needed available before we drove to it. 2. No sales reps in the store regardless of the department, except for in the phones department. 3. Took 30-45 min to find a sales rep in the store to help us get the item we went to purchase. We quickly understood why the parking lot was so empty and so many annoyed customers leaving. I would not recommend going to this Best Buy location.
The Mayfair store was great. Associate in appliances knew his products and was extremely helpful! The install crew that delivered product not so much. The store end gets 5 stars and delivery gets 2!
I really enjoyed my shopping experience here didn't buy much more window shopping than anything but the associates there were very inciteful and helpful with my 100 questions
Staff there are great to talk to and so fun too. Went to buy a 4k bluray player and some 4k movies for the 1st time and had the best time doing so. They really engage with customers and feels like family. I recommend BEST BUY truly
This Best Buy location on Mayfair, across from the Mayfair Mall is a good location that offers great service. I have purchased several computers, a refrigerator, and lots of lesser items here. The staff is great. I get particularly good help from the folks in the computer area who help find exactly what I seek. The staff usually recognize me and give me great service, which can be unusual for a big box store.
