I went to Best Buy to get service from the Geek Squad. Akua was an amazing Geek! He was professional, patient and very courteous. He took time to help me get all my files transferred and made a great laptop recommendation. Thanks Best Buy!

If I could give this place 0 stars I gladly could. I went to this place to pick up a kitchen appliance that I had ordered from their store online. I had to drive an hour one evening just to get to this store. I made sure to contact customer service to make sure my order was ready for pick up. I was assured on the phone and also have screenshots of my conversation with their team that I could go pick up my appliance. When I get there I met a manager called Shaheem - he was so rude and disrespectful and told me and my husband that the order was not ready and simply walked away without saying a thing! We waited 40 minutes, then we met another person who said they will go check what was going on - he shows up Shaheem and got insulted when we ask for the status of our order and we wanted to inspect it before we left. Guess what? He ignored us and helped another customer! We waited to be helped for another 40 mins! Is this guy for real? This guy should not be in customer service at all. Shaheem shame on you. The arrogance in this man is beyond me. Avoid this store at all costs!

Never ever order from Best Buy!!! My refrigerator was backordered for two months and noone contacted me to inform about this. They just didn't showed up on sceduled day.

I bought a sound system from a close by Best Buy. I was told to go to this Best Buy to pick up my sound system. When I got here the pick up staff said that the other Best Buy gave me a recipe that said item was picked up. When I told them why don’t they just call the other Best Buy as I got this item 10 minutes ago and the other Best Buy could confirm and fix any issues, the staff refused. Their manager also refused to help, or make any phone calls. He walked away! I had to call Best Buy from inside the store, which unfortunately goes to a out of state telephone location and speak to the call center. For about 2hrs I spoke to multiple people. One call center person said we have no way of contacting the store! Another call person tried calling a number but as she attempted the call she disconnected me, putting me at back of the call line. Another call person connected me to the same phone that connects to the call center. 2 other call persons had no idea what to do. Finally someone at the call center had the phone number to the other Best Buy and called them. Other Best Buy said they have fixed everything and I would be able to pick up my item now. The other store should get a pick up notification now. 10 min goes by, 15 min, half an hour, then one hour. Now I have the same problem that I can’t call the other Best Buy as apparently the number over there is a secret. It’s so secret that the Best Buy call center doesn’t even have it! Again the manager at the current Best Buy where I’m supposed to pick up this team refuses to help. At this point I have had it so I leave this Best Buy to go back to the Brooklyn Best Buy. In Brooklyn Best Buy I’m told they had fixed the issue and the manager at this Best Buy just refused to help! Can you believe it?! I ended up going to a different Best Buy far away to get my item. Honestly, if they want to do this, maybe next time I would spend my money on a competitor who have better service.

Not ‏ enough employers so the customer service is not so good. But They have a wide range of products.

As I walked in I was greeted by two sales guys. One went out of his way to search for the item I wanted. The service was excellent! Thanks Best Buy! Your customer relations is GREAT!!!

Very knowledge the associate was attending today, seems a very empty store on weekdays, I guess is getting crowed at weekends.

Kingz Plaza Best Buy they are great! Respectful and efficient. They addressed all my needs with ease. Geek Squad for the win!

Cassandra and one other person ... i dont know his name...they helped me a lot to find a good laptop... its a good place to buy from here.

I like shopping in Best Buy for mostly electronics and the Transfer photos cards for the phone. Staff is very helpful so far. And I like their GEEK Squad.
