Best Buy

They always have what my gamer husband desires. I have yet to be let down. If it isn't on the floor, they'll order it for you. If there's a better price online, show them on your phone and BOOM, like magic, they match the price. Great staff at this location as well. Very personable, not over eager, very comfortable place to make big decisions.

It's Best Buy, nothing special for a Best Buy and this location is at best an average Best Buy shopping experience. This location always seems to have a good number of shoppers & browsers. One issue I seem to have at this location is slower than average service from store associates. At times a store associate can be hard to find when I have a question. When I'm fine on my own they seem to be all around. I do find the store generally clean and well organized.

I like Best Buy, they seem to have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. All the recommendations I've ever received from them have all turned out to be spot on. Plus the Geek Squad team really know their stuff and have been well worth the money when we have used them. Also they price match too.

Not the best Best Buy, but not the worst either. Not very knowledgeable staff and leaders are not the most honorable or helpful at this location. Still love Best Buy!

The updated cell phone section is awful. The rep was even worse. He rang up an upgrade without discussing any pricing then was super rude when I referenced the advertised prices on the electronic boards. He basically said I was stupid for not understanding his rationale. No, I understood. The advertised prices were for a new plan or added line. That was just stated at no point by him or the board. I went home and upgraded online with no issues. I'll never go into this store again for an upgrade. Not worth the time or confusion.
